Bibi Jacobs

My name is Bibi Jacobs, I am 18 years old, and since the start of this academic year I have been studying in the beautiful city of Delft. I am enrolled in the programme Technology, Policy and Management and am actively involved in the study association through participation in several committees. I find this programme particularly engaging because it aligns well with my interests in technology, public administration, and social and economic issues.

In addition, I have been working in home care for several months, supporting people with household tasks when they are no longer able to do so independently. What I value most about this work is the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in people’s lives.

What I appreciate about Delft are its beautiful canals and streets, with everything located relatively close together. The terraces are lively and welcoming, and people are generally open to a friendly conversation. This village-like charm certainly played a role in my decision to move to this wonderful city.

The future holds many challenges, but I am committed to contributing to a city where it is pleasant to live, work, learn, and laugh!
